valentine hearts background paper was a freebie from Scrapgirls.com (they change them regularly so check them out!) It is a good example of a freebie that you might want to change the colour of, since blue isn't the traditional valentine colour...
To change the colour of ANY digital paper, just open up the image in Picasa and click the Effects tab from the left handside...then choose 'Tint'. Play around with how much of the original colour you want to keep, then drag the slider to change the colour of the paper until you are happy with it.
